As a nurse with firsthand experience on the frontlines, I witnessed both the challenges and the opportunities within our healthcare system. That’s what inspired me to create nDuko Health—a nurse-led staffing and workforce solutions company built on compassion, professionalism, and purpose.

At nDuko Health, we specialize in connecting healthcare facilities with highly skilled, pre-screened, and mission-driven nurses and clinical staff. Our services include per diem, travel, contract, and direct placement staffing—each tailored to meet the evolving needs of hospitals, long-term care, correctional facilities, and more.
